Advent. C905 has arrived!

Whoa. The whole deal happened so fast i almost couldn't believe it was done so fast. Before i start the story of how i got my hands on this sweet Sony Ericsson C905 (which isn't even officially released in Singapore yet. If you want it, you'll probably have to wait a few more weeks for it to appear in the Singtel or M1 shops.), i'll give you a look first:

alright, how should i even begin? hmm...ok, we stayed over yesterday to play mahjong the whole night so by the time i got home it was already 7 plus in the morning. after taking a shower, i went to sleep at aroud 8am. i managed to wake up at around 1130am still a little groggy so i went online purely on instinct. then i just happened to check out the mobile phones bazaar on hardwarezone forums. i checked out one of those "sign new line we pay you high $$$" threads. the price for signing up singtel went back up by $100 this week! this is all thanks to the official release of SE's Xperia X1 yesterday. (i'm not really into smartphones) this is super timely because i'm going to ORD next week and i can't sign up for student plan after that until uni starts which is like Q3 2009?

then i went on and saw another thread which said something like "C905 and ......for sale". my eyes just lit up lor. it must be a sign from above! the price was pretty good too so i quickly contacted the guy (speed through skill!) and reserved the phone.

so i went down to town to meet the first guy (his screenname is Densocool in case you wanted to know. can deal with him in the future if you want to recontract your line but don't want the phone) and made the deal to get some cash. then went down to woodlands (yea, it's pretty far but it was worth the trip) to meet the second guy (his screenname is Mcqueen85 just fyi). so i used the cash i got to offset my purchase and topped up a little for my C905! (happy~)

this baby has got a 8.1 megapixel camera with xenon flash. and it also has wifi! alright, i'll be back in the next couple of days to show the results of the field testing i'll be doing to see what this thing can do! so in the meantime, you've got to hang in there and wait in anticipation ok!
